This Webinar on Intersectionality in Training for Gender Equality: A Conversation for Gender Trainers forms part of the UN Women Training Centre's Community of Practice (CoP) series of Virtual Dialogues. Three expert panellists, Athena-Maria Enderstein (Research Fellow, Associazione Orland), Kirthi Jayakumar (Director, Red Elephant Foundation), and Sam Rankin (Intersectional Equalities Coordinator, Equality Network) explored what intersectionality means in the context of training for gender equality; why it is important to take into account in training; and how we can address intersectionality in our training programmes.
